ottermagic (“we”, “us”) is a UK-based business selling personalised greeting cards and digital artwork through this website. ottermagic is a trading name of Jamdrop Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 14733701, with its registered office at 4 Priory Court, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 2EA.

They apply to your use of the site and every order. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies. Our privacy policy and cookie policy sit alongside them.

Personalised greeting cards, as a printed A5 card or a digital download. Our UK shop posts to UK addresses and charges in pounds, including VAT where it applies. Our US shop posts to US addresses and charges in US dollars. The total at checkout is what you pay.

Artwork is generated from your photo or text, and results vary. Previews are free and you can retry as often as you like. What you approve is what we print, with no editing in between, so please check it. Previews are watermarked until purchased.

By uploading a photo or text you confirm that:

• you have the right to use it and to have it edited;
• everyone in it agrees to appear on a card (a parent or guardian for under-18s);
• it is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights.

You keep ownership. We process your photos only to make your card, fulfil your order and help you. We may refuse content that breaks these rules.

Preview as a guest; sign in to order. Keep your sign-in details safe. You must be 18 or over to order.

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Our payment provider handles your card details; we never see them. We may cancel and refund an order we suspect is fraudulent, mispriced, or breaks section 5.

Cards are printed in the UK and dispatched within one working day. UK orders go by Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3–5 working days. US orders go by airmail and usually arrive within 2–3 weeks. Dates are estimates. Downloads are available immediately after payment. Please check your delivery address; see our delivery page.

Printed cards are personalised, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply. Buying a download means you agree to immediate delivery and lose the right to cancel once it starts.

Damaged, wrong or missing? Tell us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for a reprint or full refund. Spot a mistake after ordering? Email us at once; we can change or cancel anything not yet printed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our designs, artwork and branding are ours. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to keep, print, gift and share the finished card. No resale.

No accessing other people's accounts or previews, no automated bulk generation, and no interfering with the service. We may limit generation volumes to keep things fair.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or lack of reasonable care. We are not responsible for unforeseeable or business losses, or delays outside our control such as postal disruption. Nothing limits our liability where the law does not allow it.
