Where's my order?
Standard post is not tracked. If your card has not arrived within 7 working days4 weeks, email support@ottermagic.com with your order number. We will reprint it or refund you.
Returns and refunds
Made to order. Each card is personalised, so we cannot take change-of-mind returns and the 14-day cancellation right does not apply.
Damaged, wrong or missing. Tell us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We reprint or refund, your choice. Nothing to post back.
Changing or cancelling. Email us straight away. If it has not gone to print, we will change or cancel it.
Downloads. Cannot be refunded once downloaded. If the file will not open, we will fix it.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
