Getting started
Pick a design, upload a photo (or type a name) and we make the card. Your preview is ready in about a minute, and you only pay if you love it.
Not to preview. You sign in at checkout, with Google or an email address.
Clear, well lit, facing the camera. Phone photos are fine. For pets, get the whole animal in.
Yes. Try another photo or design as many times as you like before you order.
Ordering
A printed A5 card with envelope, or a full-resolution e-card. Posters and canvases are coming.
Yes, we print it inside the card. Or leave it blank and write your own.
Securely through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We never see your card details.
Your e-card appears on the confirmation page straight after payment, as a hi-res file to download and send however you like. Come back to it any time.
Delivery
We have a UK shop and a US shop (switch at the top of the page). This one posts printed cards to UK addressesUS addresses. E-cards work anywhere. For printed delivery to another country, email support@ottermagic.com.
Cards are dispatched within one working day and usually arrive within 3–5 working days by Royal Mail.
Cards are printed in the UK, dispatched within one business day and sent by airmail, so they usually arrive within 2–3 weeks.
UK delivery is £1.80 per delivery address, however many cards you send thereUS delivery is $3.99 per delivery address, however many cards you send there.
Standard post is not tracked. If it has not arrived within 7 working days4 weeks, email support@ottermagic.com with your order number and we will sort it.
Your photos
They are stored privately and used only to make your card. Delete them any time from the photo picker. Privacy policy.
Only you. Previews are watermarked until you buy.
Returns
Cards are made to order, so no change-of-mind returns. Damaged, wrong or missing? Tell us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for a reprint or refund. Details.
Email us straight away. If it has not gone to print yet, we can change or cancel it.
